What personal data we process
- Identity: first name and surname.
- Contact: email address, phone number and company name.
- Request details: the origin and destination, freight type, weight or volume, loading date and notes in your quote request.
- Professional experience: information you share in your CV and application when applying for a job.
- Security data: the IP address, date and time and browser information recorded by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
Why we process it
- To receive, assess and answer your quote requests.
- To contact you in order to conclude and perform a transport contract.
- To assess job applications.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.
How we collect it and on what legal basis
We collect your personal data, partly by automated means, from emails you send us using the quote form on our site, emails you write to us directly, phone calls and the technical infrastructure of the site.
We process it on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the Law:
- (c) it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract;
- (ç) it is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation;
- (e) it is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right;
- (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (for example, site security).
We do not rely on your explicit consent for these purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary with:
- business partners involved in the transport, to fulfil your request (for example customs brokers and loading or delivery points);
- public authorities legally entitled to request it;
- providers of our email and website infrastructure.
Our site is served through a content delivery network (Cloudflare) with servers outside Türkiye; when you visit the site, security data such as your IP address is processed on this infrastructure. For international shipments, the information needed to carry out the transport is shared with the consignee, customs and partners in the destination country. Transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of the Law.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention and limitation periods set by law. When these periods end, we delete, destroy or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred;
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law;
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred;
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, you also have the rights it provides, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
How to apply
To exercise your rights, send your request in writing with information that verifies your identity to our address above, or by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature or from the email address you previously gave us to [email protected].
We will respond free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the request involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
